Nigerian International and Chelsea’s makeshift right wing back Victor Moses has revealed that Chelsea have not made any plans to limit the influence of Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez in the FA Cup final in Wembley on Saturday, though he insisted that the Arsenal star was a big threat.

The Chilean international, Alexis Sanchez has had a superb season assisting 10 goals and scoring 24 in the league with 1 of the goals being contributed in Chelsea’s 3 nil defeat to Arsenal in the first round of the 2016/2017 season at the Emirates.

Sanchez appeared to have limped off in Arsenal’s last game of the season against Everton, but Wenger came out to dismiss any injury fears and has promised that the attacker would play his part for the club in their tie against Chelsea. This may have been confirmed as Sanchez was seen training with his team-mates on Wednesday afternoon and seemed to be in good condition.

During the interview with Standard Sport, when Moses was asked if Chelsea had any game plan in place to restrict Sanchez, he responded:

“I haven’t got any plan to stop him!

“He’s had a great season, he’s done well for Arsenal but whether he’s injured or not we’re just going to play football.”

Chelsea are expected to be in good spirits for the game as they were handed the league title after they routed Sunderland 5:1 in a record 30th win of the season, while Arsenal failed to make it to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 21 years.

Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte claimed that Arsenal are the favorites to win the tie as the FA Cup represented their only chance of winning a silverware this season. However, Moses isn’t really convinced with the opinion as he admitted that the Blues go into the game with relaxation and full focus in mind.

“We don’t feel any pressure. We’re just taking this game as it comes. If he says Arsenal are the favourites, then… I don’t know, but we’ve got good players that can win us games.

“We think we’re good enough to beat Arsenal but it’s not going to be an easy game.

“We came back to training on Tuesday and we want to get ourselves ready. It’s going to be a very hard game for us on Saturday.

“Arsenal are a good team with good players that can win them games. But we’re just concentrating on ourselves at the moment, working hard in training and hopefully we’ll go and do the job.”
