The Footiehound League

Rules and Criteria for the Footiehound league

  • Ranking is based on points garnered by each individual team in its league

  • The teams with the highest PPG are ranked top

  • Only the top teams eligible for the UCL by virtue of their positions in their domestic leagues will be selected

  • Participants will be selected from the world's top 7 leagues as ranked by FIFA

  • Goals difference counts and will be used to separate sides with same PPG

  • 23 clubs, all from across Europe's top 7 leagues make the cut

  • Table will be updated weekly as games are played. Final update will be at the end of all seasons across Europe to determine the highest ranking team

  • The PPG (Points per game) format is used to determine the top sides. Brilliant suggestion from our readers

  • Juventus still occupy the first position. We'll see how far they can go
