Arsenal eyeing a move for Norwich’s Max Aarons

Arsenal are showing their intent for success in the 2021/22 football season with their transfer dealings thus far and are reportedly optimistic of sealing a deal for Norwich City right-back Max Aarons this summer.

The youngster has emerged as a top target for the Mikel Arteta-led side as they seek to conclude deals for Ben White and Albert Sambi Lokonga based on a report by the Daily Express.

Aarons has been impressive for the Canaries and is an exciting prospect for the future, while Arsenal seem to need a new right-back this summer.

Hector Bellerin appears to have declined in form and the Spaniard has been linked with a move to Inter Milan according to a report by the Times. Therefore, Aarons could be the ideal replacement for the Spanish defender at the Emirates if a departure materializes this summer.

Meanwhile, fans of the club would be pleased with the club’s player transfer intent thus far as it depicts ambition after a disappointing 2020/21 season they’d be looking to forget in a hurry.

The Gunners may have no choice but to spend big this summer if they want to return to the top 4 and then proceed on a quest to return to their glory days.

Also, the Mikel Arteta-led side will be stronger if they can get the deals done for Lokonga, Ben White, and subsequently Max Aarons.

Meanwhile, Nuno Tavares has been added to the team.
