Radja Nainggolan and Nahitan Nandez could be set for moves elsewhere after directors of Serie A clubs Inter Milan and Cagliari met today to discuss.
The two clubs have a good working relationship and this has been proven in the agreement they reached over the loan move of Dalbert to the Sardegna Arena.
However, it must be noted that talks regarding Nainggolan and Nandez just began. The Serie A defending champions are interested in signing Nandez whilst Cagliari are eager to see Nainggolan make a return.
Calciomercato.com have revealed that representatives of the two clubs met today at lunch. The intermediary Edo Crnjar was alongside Inter’s Piero Ausilio, Dario Baccin, and Cagliari sporting director Stefano Capozucca.
Meanwhile, Nandez’s agent suggested on Sunday that the player will welcome a move to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza although the two clubs are yet to meet and reach an agreement.
The two clubs are also discussing the return of Nainggolan to Inter and the latter have agreed to end the midfielder’s contract by mutual consent, handing a former Roma man a severance pay of €1m. Regardless, the 33-year-old is demanding €500,000 more is yet to reach an agreement with Cagliari.
