Inter Milan have reportedly expressed concrete interest in signing Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United. However, chances of a deal appear to be waning daily due to the disparity in what Man United are demanding and what the Nerazzurri are willing to pay.
Negotiations between the two clubs appear to have stalled and it’s looking likely that Romelu Lukaku may remain at Old Trafford.
Inter Milan are beginning to consider alternatives to Lukaku, and the likes of Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Ante Rebic, and Valencia’s Rodrigo have been identified.
Meanwhile, Gazzetta dello Sport are also claiming that Inter have also joined the race for Lille forward Rafael Leao, who is a target for the likes of Juventus, Everton, PSG, Napoli, and Roma.
According to Tuttosport, they’re also considering former Napoli forward Edinson Cavani.
