Napoli earned a hard-fought win against Liverpool on matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League. However, the joy was cut short for Partenopei striker Arkadiusz Milik who was reportedly robbed at gunpoint as he made his way home after the game.
Milik played for 68 minutes in the game but couldn’t find the back of the net for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Reports from Il Mattino suggest that the Napoli striker was in his car and heading home at 2am when he was halted in Varcaturo by a motorcycle that was positioned to block the rod.
One of the assailants on the bike then approached his car and pointed a gun at him ordering him to surrender his Rolex Daytona worth €20,000.
The two men who had their faces disguised with the aid of helmets then fled towards Licola. The Police are conducting investigation into the incident.
