According to Gareth Bale's agent Jonathan Barnett, the Welshman has overcome an unnecessary tough ride in his season-long loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur and is now playing at his best. Bale, 31, made a return to Spurs in the summer on loan from Real Madrid but was just a peripheral figure with only six Premier League starts under Jose Mourinho before the Portuguese manager was fired in April. Gareth Bale on Wednesday revealed that he donated £500,000 ($615,000) to the hospital where he was born to help in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
