Henrikh Mkhitaryan wants to leave Arsenal and make his move to Roma permanent once his loan deal expires. It can be recalled that the Armenian joined the Serie A outfit on a season-long loan from Arsenal in September and has been enjoying life in Italy. Although Roma were not given the option to sign the playmaker at the end of the loan spell, he remains optimistic that something can be done so he can stay put at the club for seasons to come. Roma willing to pay £15m to make Mkhitaryan deal permanent

A report by the Mirror suggests that AS Roma are prepared to pay £15m for a permanent deal for Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan at the end of the season. The attacker has enjoyed a decent season with the Serie A club and Roma boss Paulo Fonseca wants him to remain at the club after the loan spell. Arsenal are only willing to sell the 31-year-old for a fee of £22m but will have to lower their fee if they're to have Roma take him off their books. AS Roma boss Paulo Fonseca has revealed that he would be interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan on a permanent basis. It can be recalled that the Armenian joined the Serie A outfit on loan from Arsenal last summer in search of regular first-team action. He fell down the pecking order at the Emirates under Unai Emery and had to join Roma in a loan deal worth £2.75million. A report from The Times suggests that London clubs Arsenal and Chelsea are going to return some of the tickets they were allocated for the Europa League final game in Baku. The two Premier League outfits plan to return a total of over 6,000 tickets having sold just 3,500 and 2,000 respectively.
