Mourinho instructed to cut costs at Manchester United

  According to reports, Jose Mourinho must show some of his current stars the door if he intends to strengthen Man Uniteds squad in January. This was revealed in a report by the BBC, as the reporter further revealed that the board at Old Trafford “want to control costs before sanctioning more outlay on new signings”. Mourinho arrived at Old Trafford 18 months ago and has spent about 285 million Pounds in transfers with 6 major signings accounting for a majority of the cost.
