According to reports by Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are ready to step up their pursuit of Serie A stars, namely, Inter Milan's Lautaro Martinez and Juventus' Miralem Pjanic The Blaugrana have been heavily linked with a move for Martinez in their bid to find a quality and like-for-like replacement for Luis Suarez. The Uruguay international is now 33 and in the twilight of his career. Manchester United have reportedly opened talks with Barcelona to sign Nelson Semedo according to the Sun via Spanish publication Sport. The right-back was negotiating with the La Liga giants over a new contract but talks appear to have stalled as the star is now considered transferable. However, Man United will face competition for the Portuguese from the likes of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. A report from Spanish outlet Sport via Sky Germany suggests that Barcelona are eyeing a move for RB Leipzig star Lukas Klostermann as a potential replacement for right-back Nelson Semedo. The news outlet have previously suggested that Semedo could leave Barcelona this summer with the Spanish club likely to receive around €50m for the services of the Portuguese star.
