Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour has made a loan move to Norwich City for the 2021/22 football season. It can be recalled that the 20-year-old impressed and won the Man of the Match Award in Scotland's goalless draw against England in the group stages ofEuro 2020. Norwich leading the race to sign Billy Gilmour on loan

Newly promoted Premier League side Norwich City are reportedly close to signing Chelsea midfielder and Scotland international Billy Gilmour on loan. The Scottish midfielder has had it difficult at Chelsea with regular playing time as the likes of N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, and Mateo Kovacic are ahead of him in the team, and this was the case last season. The 20-year-old is currently in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19 and was ruled out of Scotland's next game in the Euros if they had progressed to the knockout stages.
