Keisuke Honda joins Vitesse till the end of the season

Former Japan international Keisuke Honda has made a move to Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem on a contract that runs till the end of the season, the club announced on Wednesday. Honda left Australian side Melbourne Victory at the end of last season and has been training with Vitesse since the end of October. In a statement, he hopes that fans in the Netherlands remember him from his playing days at VVV-Venlo in a move he made from J. League side Nagoya Grampus in 2008.
