David Moyes urges IFAB to change the handball law

West Ham boss David Moyes has expressed the belief that the International Football Association Board (IFAB) should consider changing the handball law. Moyes admitted this after West Ham were denied an injury-time equalizer against Sheffield United in the Premier League on Friday night.
