Alisson recovers, returns to training

Liverpool first-choice goalkeeper Alisson has returned to training after fully recovering from a hip injury. It can be recalled that the Brazilian was forced out of Liverpool's final three matches before the season was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 27-year-old picked up the injury in training ahead of Liverpool's 2 nil loss to Chelsea in the 5th round of the FA Cup at Stamford Bridge on March 3. Alisson – Van Dijk is the main man at Anfield

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson has said that Virgil Van Dijk is the big man at Anfield and has an intimidating presence that scares opponents. The Dutch center-back was awarded the PFA Player of the Year after an impressive season with the Reds in which they finished as runners-up to Manchester City with just a point's difference.
