Manchester United have canceled training for all age groups and the decision was taken on Tuesday following government advice on the Coronavirus pandemic.
United players had been traveling to the Aon Training Complex in Carrington over the last few days despite the suspension of the Premier League season. However, in line with the new government measures advising everyone to work from home if they can, the training ground was closed on Tuesday.
A club statement to the effect read: “In light of governmental advice and the evolving situation, the team are not returning to training”
The club will constantly review the policy although the coronavirus outbreak makes way for an indefinite postponement.
