Lazio to offer Ciro Immobile new contract in coming months

Lazio are not interested in selling star striker Ciro Immobile and the player is set to receive a new contract in the coming months based on a report today from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com.

According to the report, the 30-year-old Italian striker who is contracted to Lazio until 2023 is behind their incredible title challenge this season under coach Simone Inzaghi. The President of the Roman side Claudio Lolito understands the player’s importance to the side and has set his fee to an upwards of €60 million.

Lolito is planning a new contract that will be offered to Immobile. The new deal will last till 2025 and the player will see his wages increased through potential bonuses, such as number of goals, winning the league title and UCL qualification.

Ciro Immobile is reportedly happy to stay at the club where he has made 33 appearances in all competitions this season with 30 goals and 7 assists to his name.
